On the terrace looking east , 40 m2 in size, which is dominated by a large marbeled table in kiwi shade, which is next to the grill. Terrace also offers a beautifull view.

Apartment is 200m far from the beach.
House is surrounded with gardens of flowers and mediterranean plants.
Along with relacsation and swimming, nature fans have the opportunity to walk thru pine woods that spread to the house it self.
