Apartment 1 is 45m2 in size and it is located in the ground floor.

Apartment is suitable for 2+2 person, completely equipped, with SAT-TV and an air conditioner.

Guests can use 3 terraces, grill, outside shower and a private parking place. Apartment has a separated entrance.

The use of air conditioner will be charged 4 €  per day .

The apartment has: a kitchen completely equipped with all domestic utensils, in which there is a dinning space with SAT-TV, a bathroom with a shower cabin , full equipped.

Sleeping section has 1 bedroom with double bed. In the living room, equipped with SAT-TV, there is a extensible sofa (extra bed for 2 persons).

Guests can use 2 terraces overlooking the sea, Kastela bay and Split. Terraces have garden furniture, easychairs and sunshade.

Along with relaxation and swimming, nature fans have the opportunity to walk thru pine woods that spread to the house itself.
